General Terms and Conditions of Princess Traveller B.V.
These general legal terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to every contract between you and Princess Traveller B.V. (“Princess Traveller”) for the purchase and sale of products on the Princess Traveller website. Please read these Terms carefully and ensure you understand them before purchasing any products. By entering into the Agreement, these Terms become binding and governed by Dutch law.
The Terms may be amended from time to time. Please review them each time you purchase products to ensure that you understand the applicable Terms.

Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms, the following terms have the following meanings, unless expressly stated otherwise or the context requires a different interpretation:
- Princess Traveller: the legal entity offering products to Consumers remotely.
- Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to trade, business, craft, or professional activity.
- Cooling-off period: the period during which the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
- Day: calendar day.
- Durable data carrier: any means that allows the Consumer or Princess Traveller to store information in a way that it can be accessed later and reproduced unchanged (e.g. email).
- Agreement: an agreement concluded between Princess Traveller and the Consumer.
- Right of withdrawal: the Consumer’s right to withdraw from the Agreement within the cooling-off period.

Article 3 – Applicability
- These Terms apply to every offer from Princess Traveller and to every Agreement concluded between Princess Traveller and the Consumer regarding online sales through the Princess Traveller website.
- Before the Agreement is concluded, the text of these Terms will be made available to the Consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, Princess Traveller will indicate how the Terms can be accessed or sent free of charge before the Agreement is concluded.
- If the Agreement is concluded electronically, the Terms may also be made available electronically in a way that allows the Consumer to store them on a durable data carrier.
Article 4 – The Offer
- If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated in the offer.
- The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow proper assessment by the Consumer. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Princess Traveller.
- Images of products are for illustrative purposes only. Princess Traveller has made every effort to display the colors accurately but cannot guarantee that your device’s display reflects the product’s actual color.
- Each offer clearly indicates the rights and obligations of the Consumer upon acceptance of the offer (such as price, possible shipping costs, and the method of payment and delivery).
- All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. Where possible, Princess Traveller will show product availability on the website.
- Princess Traveller will inform the Consumer if a product ordered is not available.
- Princess Traveller reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time without prior notice and to reject or limit any order quantity at its sole discretion.
Article 5 – The Agreement
- The Agreement is concluded once the Consumer accepts the offer from Princess Traveller and complies with the stated conditions.
- After the Consumer accepts the offer electronically, Princess Traveller will promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance. Until this confirmation has been sent, the Consumer may cancel the Agreement.
- For electronic transactions, Princess Traveller takes appropriate measures to secure the electronic transmission of data. If the Consumer pays electronically, Princess Traveller ensures adequate security measures are in place.
- Within legal limits, Princess Traveller may check whether the Consumer can meet payment obligations and assess relevant facts for a responsible conclusion of the Agreement. If justified, Princess Traveller may refuse an order or attach special conditions to it.
- Princess Traveller provides the following information upon delivery (in writing or on a durable data carrier):
- The address of Princess Traveller’s office for complaints;
- The terms and methods for exercising the right of withdrawal, or a statement if the right is excluded (where applicable);
- Information on warranties and after-sales service;
- The price (including all taxes), any delivery costs, and the method of payment and delivery;
- Where applicable: the model withdrawal form.
Article 6 – The Price
- The prices listed in product offers include the applicable VAT rate but exclude any delivery costs. Any delivery charges will be displayed separately before checkout and charged at the applicable rate.
- Princess Traveller takes all reasonable care to ensure product prices are correct at the time the relevant data is entered into the system.
- If Princess Traveller discovers an error in the product price listed on the website, the following applies:
- If the correct price is lower than the listed price, Princess Traveller will charge the lower price if the products have not yet been shipped.
- If the correct price is higher than the listed price, Princess Traveller will contact the Consumer as soon as possible to inform them that the order has been canceled. The Consumer may then place a new order at the correct price. If Princess Traveller cannot reach the Consumer, the order will be canceled, and any payment refunded via the original payment method.
- During the validity period of the offer, prices will not be increased except in cases of changes in VAT rates or other legal regulations.
Article 7 – Performance and Warranty
- Princess Traveller guarantees that the products comply with the Agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the requirements of sound workmanship, and applicable legal provisions.
- Any warranty applies as stated in the offer or with the product. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the Consumer.
Article 8 – Delivery and Execution
- Princess Traveller exercises the greatest possible care when receiving and fulfilling product orders.
- Delivery of the products takes place at the address provided by the Consumer to Princess Traveller, or at a collection point if delivery to the specified address is not possible.
- The delivery address provided by the Consumer is considered the place of delivery.
- Princess Traveller executes accepted orders with reasonable promptness, within a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Any communicated delivery date is an estimate.
- If delivery is delayed or cannot be fulfilled in full, the Consumer will be notified within 30 days. In such cases, the Consumer is entitled to terminate the Agreement.
- In the event of termination under the previous paragraph, Princess Traveller will refund the amount paid as soon as possible.
- The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Princess Traveller until delivery to the Consumer or a designated third party.
- After delivery to the Consumer, the products become the Consumer’s responsibility, and the Consumer bears all associated risks.
- Ownership of the products passes to the Consumer once full payment, including applicable costs, has been received and delivery has occurred.
Article 9 – Long-Term Transactions
For the sale of luggage and related products, long-term transactions usually do not apply. If an Agreement does concern an ongoing or recurring supply, the Consumer may terminate it with a notice period of up to one month, unless expressly agreed otherwise and permitted by law.
Article 10 – Payment
- Immediate payment upon ordering
- The Consumer must pay for the order in full in advance using the available payment methods (for example, iDEAL, credit card, or other offered options).
- The order will only be processed and shipped after payment has been received.
- Secure payment environment
- Princess Traveller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of electronic payments.
- If payment is made electronically, it is processed through a secure payment environment.
- Consumer obligations
- The Consumer must promptly report any errors in provided payment details to Princess Traveller.
- Late or failed payment
- If payment is not completed successfully, the order will not be processed.
- If payment is reversed or charged back after shipment, the Consumer remains obliged to pay the outstanding amount.
- Princess Traveller is entitled to charge collection costs for late payment, in accordance with legal regulations.
Article 11 – Liability of Princess Traveller
- Except as expressly provided in the Agreement and to the extent permitted by law, Princess Traveller excludes all liability, conditions, warranties, or terms that might otherwise be implied by law.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Princess Traveller shall not be liable to any user for any loss or damage caused by the product.
- Princess Traveller shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other technologically harmful material that may infect the Consumer’s computer equipment, programs, data, or proprietary material due to the use of the website or downloading of content linked to it.
Article 12 – Liability of Princess Traveller for Business Customers
- The products offered on the Princess Traveller website are intended exclusively for Consumers. Princess Traveller reserves the right to refuse orders that, by their quantity, frequency, or other characteristics, suggest that products are being purchased for resale purposes.
- If the customer is a business, that business acknowledges that the products offered are not manufactured, marketed, or supplied for commercial use within that business. Princess Traveller shall not be liable to such business customers for:
- Loss of profit, sales, business, or revenue;
- Loss of business opportunities;
- Business interruption;
- Loss of anticipated savings;
- Loss of goodwill;
- Indirect or unforeseeable losses;
- Losses arising from use of the products for commercial purposes;
- Any other loss or damage.
- Except as expressly stated in the Agreement and to the extent permitted by law, Princess Traveller excludes all terms, warranties, or conditions that might otherwise be implied by law.
- The total liability of Princess Traveller to a business customer for any loss arising from or related to the Agreement (however caused) shall in no event exceed 100% of the cost of the product.
Article 13 – Events Beyond Princess Traveller’s Control
- Princess Traveller shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under an Agreement caused by an event beyond its reasonable control.
- Princess Traveller is not obliged to perform any obligation if prevented from doing so due to force majeure. Force majeure includes (but is not limited to) weather conditions, floods, landslides, natural disasters, third-party restrictions (including government actions), illness, epidemics, or transport disruptions. In the event of force majeure, Princess Traveller is not liable for any resulting damage.
Article 14 – Right of Withdrawal (Products)
- The Consumer may withdraw from an Agreement for the purchase of a product within a minimum of 14 days without giving any reason, provided the product meets the return conditions described in Article 16 of these Terms.
- The withdrawal period begins on the day after the Consumer (or a designated third party) receives the product.
- If the Consumer ordered multiple products in one order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the last product is received.
Article 15 – Consumer Obligations During the Cooling-off Period
- During the cooling-off period, the Consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care, unpacking or using it only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- The Consumer is liable for any reduction in value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics and functioning.
Article 16 – Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal and Related Costs
- Return notification
- The Consumer must notify Princess Traveller of the return within 14 days after receiving the product by emailing info@princesstraveller.com.
- Return conditions
- To qualify for a full refund, the returned product must:
- Be complete, in original condition, and undamaged.
- Include original labels, tags, and/or packaging.
- (If possible) be returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
- Not have been used.
- Return procedure
- The Consumer must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notifying the return, to the following warehouse address:

The Netherlands - A clear reference such as the proof of purchase, order number, or packing slip must be included for prompt processing.
- Return costs
- The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product, unless otherwise agreed or if the return is due to an error by Princess Traveller.
- Refund
- Once the return has been received and processed, Princess Traveller will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return.
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, Princess Traveller reserves the right to charge a reduction in value or refuse the return.
Article 17 – Princess Traveller’s Obligations Upon Withdrawal
- Princess Traveller confirms receipt of the withdrawal notification if it was submitted electronically.
- Princess Traveller refunds all payments made by the Consumer (including delivery costs) within 14 days after the day the Consumer reports the withdrawal. Princess Traveller may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until the Consumer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.
- The refund will be processed only if the returned product meets the conditions described in Article 16. If the product is incomplete, used, or damaged, Princess Traveller reserves the right to charge a reduction in value or refuse the return. The Consumer will be informed after inspection.
- Princess Traveller will use the same payment method used by the Consumer unless agreed otherwise.
- If the Consumer chose a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery, Princess Traveller is only required to refund the standard delivery cost.
Article 18 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies only to products:
- That are made to the Consumer’s specifications (custom-made or personalized products).
- Whose seal has been broken after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (where applicable).
- That have become inseparably mixed with other products after delivery due to their nature.
- If a returned product does not meet the return conditions described in Article 16 (for example, used, damaged, or incomplete), Princess Traveller reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a reduction in value. The Consumer will be informed after inspection.
If exclusion applies, this will be clearly stated in the offer.
Article 19 – Use of Personal Data
Princess Traveller uses personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. Please take time to read it, as it contains important conditions that apply.
Article 20 – Complaints Procedure
- Submitting complaints
- Princess Traveller has a clear complaints procedure and handles complaints in accordance with it.
- The Consumer may submit complaints about the performance of the Agreement within a reasonable time after discovering a defect, fully and clearly described, to Princess Traveller.
- Complaints process
- Complaints can be submitted in writing by email to info@princesstraveller.com or by post to:

- Princess Traveller aims to handle complaints within 14 days of receipt. If more time is needed, the Consumer will be informed of the expected resolution time within that period.

- Resolution and further steps
- Princess Traveller and the Consumer will try to resolve the issue amicably.
- If the complaint cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the Consumer may submit the dispute to a competent Dutch court or an independent dispute committee.
- Consumer obligation
- The Consumer must give Princess Traveller at least 4 weeks to resolve the complaint amicably before taking legal action.
Article 21 – Disputes
- All Agreements between Princess Traveller and the Consumer to which these Terms apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
- Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Article 22 – Additional or Deviating Provisions
Any additional or deviating provisions may not disadvantage the Consumer. They must be recorded in writing or in a way that allows the Consumer to store them on a durable data carrier.
Article 23 – Final Provisions
- These Terms were last updated on 12-03-2025.
- If one or more provisions of these Terms are found to be void or invalid, the remaining provisions and the Agreement shall remain in force. Any void or invalid provision will be replaced by Princess Traveller with a valid provision that reflects the intent and purpose of the original as closely as possible.
