Princess Traveller Warranty

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a standard two-year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. Below, we explain exactly what is covered—and, unfortunately, what is not covered by the warranty.

What is covered by the warranty?

You are entitled to warranty coverage for:

  • Cracks in the suitcase not caused by use
  • Broken zippers
  • Torn inner lining
  • Broken parts (such as wheels or handles)
  • Other defects demonstrably caused by a manufacturing defect

The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a warranty in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by rough handling, for example during transport
  • Airport damage
  • Incorrect or careless use
  • Normal wear and tear or neglect
  • Forced opening of the suitcase by you, customs, or third parties (e.g., the lock or zipper)

For situations like these, it’s best to contact your travel insurance provider or airline.

Please note: airport damage is not covered by our warranty, even if it appears to be a manufacturing defect.

Important information regarding airport damage

Did your suitcase arrive damaged after a flight? Report this immediately at the airport, at the airline counter, or to the baggage handler. They often have a procedure (including a damage report form) that allows you to file a claim. Check out our blog “Damaged suitcase after your flight?” for more information.

Warranty on replacement products

If you have received a replacement product from us, the warranty applies until the end of the original warranty period of the first product. The warranty period does not start over. This is required by law.
