Not satisfied with your order or did something go wrong? No worries! You can easily return your order up to 14 days after receipt. Fill out the form below to request a return. After submitting the form, you will receive further instructions via email.

Important information

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• After registering via the form on this page, you have another 14 days to return the product.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product was delivered damaged or you received the wrong item.

What do we expect from your return?

• You may unpack and inspect the product just as you would in a physical store.
• Please try to return it in the original packaging as much as possible.
  • No longer have the original packaging? No problem—just make sure to use adequate protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
• The product must be returned complete and undamaged.
• Was the product used more than necessary to evaluate it, or returned damaged?
  • In that case, a depreciation may be applied.
  • We assess this on a case-by-case basis and will always let you know why and what the amount is.

Tip: Take a photo of your return before you ship it. This way, you’ll have proof in case of any damage during transit.

Please note: Personalized suitcases, such as those from Print My Suitcase, cannot be returned.

Refund

If your return meets all the conditions, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the shipping costs for the original shipment.
